Position: Digital Marketing Specialist Description: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving business operations and identifying growth opportunities through digital advertising campaigns. Purpose of the Role: In this role, you will become a trusted advisor for German companies regarding their online advertising campaigns. You will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the larger sales team's success in increasing our client customer base across EMEA. Requirements: * C1 level of German minimum * Fluency in English (both spoken and written) * BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience * 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B) (preferable) * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills * Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising with a keen desire to learn and develop Starting Date: * January or later wave Benefits: * Full-time position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Permanent contract * Competitive salary: €24,310 to €30,000 gross per year (depending on experience) * Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year * Hybrid working model: Based in Barcelona * Relocation package: Including flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and support with private health insurance * Comprehensive training: On Social MediaAds and sales techniques * Continuous personal and professional development: With ongoing coaching * Career growth opportunities: Within the project * Exciting contests and rewards: Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly * Dynamic business casual environment: With a highly-motivated team * Excellent work environment: Great colleagues, social events, and personal development opportunities Your growth and well-being are our utmost priorities.
