Position: 
 Accountant
 



Duration: 
 6 month contract to hire
 



Hours: 
 6am or 7am-330pm
 



Location: 
 Fremont, CA onsite 5 days/ week
 



  





Requirements: 



* 3-5 years of experience with AR, AP, Payroll & General Ledger with a Business, Accounting or Finance or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with an accounting or financial software (i.e. QuickBooks, Paylocity, etc.)
* Ability to establish and maintain accurate records
* Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management



  





Plusses: 



* Experience with Paylocity or Sage300/Accpac
* Manufacturing Industry experience



  





Job Description 




 The company is looking for an Accountant to manage payroll processes, accounts receivable, accounts payable functions in a manufacturing environment. This position will be onsite, ensuring a seamless link between manufacturing and accounting.
 



  





 The Company has two systems for manufacturing and financial presentation. The preferred candidate would be able to utilize their skill-set in both applications.
 



  





 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
