What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supervising the care team, including delegating tasks, providing support and guidance, and monitoring performance
* Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medication, wound care, and other clinical interventions
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
* Fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing team


To Be Successful, You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration
* Previous Aged care
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse working as an After-hours supervisor
* Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts
* Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge, including medication management, wound care, and other nursing interventions
* Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care and promoting the wellbeing of our residents
