We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Clinical Team Leader. This position provides on-floor assistance to nursing staff, mentoring, training, and supports care plan implementation. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
* Current registration with the AHPRA as a registered Nurse,
* Supervisory skills and experience,
* A high level of analytical, written and communication skills,
* Current Police Check,
* Knowledge of legislation appropriate to this position,
* Initiative and ability to work without supervision,
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality,
* Ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment,
* Understanding of and demonstrated ability with Aged Care Accreditation Standards,
* A commitment to improving residential aged care,
* An on-going learning and continuous development philosophy,
* Fosters independence of residents and has a person-centered approach,
* Ability to be proactive to workplace OHS.
