Responsibilities:

* Perform psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management of clients
* Prescribing or recommending medication or other forms of treatment or related therapeutic procedures
* Complete structured clinical interviews with all new patients
* Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess clients' clinical problems and health care needs
* Provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication, medication review, and therapy

Qualifications

* At least 1 year of PMHNP experience is required
* PMHNP certification is required
* Active NYS nurse practitioner license
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

Compensation:

* The pay rate: $90 per hour depending on experience
