* Job Summary * \*\*Join Our Dedicated Team: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Opportunity\*\* Are you a compassionate and Skilled Nurse Practitioner looking for a rewarding career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact at our Nephrology Practice, working in both a reputable Nursing Home and Hackensack Hospital. Monday through Friday and one out of six weekends Duties * Provide high quality patient care at Care One Nursing Home and Hackensack University Medical Center. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. * Perform assessments, order tests, and prescribe medications as needed. * Educate families on health management and disease prevention. Qualifications * Valid Nurse Practitioner License. * Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Nephrology, Geriatrics, or Acute Care is a Plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to providing exceptional patient centered care.
