Qualifications:

* have previous relevant experience is mandatory, include three references.
* have advanced cooking skills, know how to build sauces, grill to temp, make bread dough. Will need to demonstrate in a tasting.
* must be formally trained or passionate about culinary arts.
* must be able to self manage, be organized and efficient with time.
* have proven leadership skills, be a good communicator, command a team, exemplify our culture.
* work under direction of ownership, execute existing recipes, contribute with knowledge and know-how.
* must have a certified food handler manager certificate.
* must understand health department requirements and take action as needed.
* familiar with equipment and asset cleaning and maintenance procedures.
