Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Su Chef to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The Su Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality meals, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the kitchen meets all health and safety standards. Experience - Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment - Strong knowledge of inventory management and control - Expertise in menu planning and food industry trends - Excellent leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively - Knowledge of food handling procedures and culinary techniques - Previous experience in hospitality or food management is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.43 - $23.70 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Supplemental Pay: * Overtime pay Experience: * Inventory management: 1 year (Preferred) * Kitchen experience: 2 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Pasadena, CA 91101: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
