About the Team:

As a Coder Engineer, part of our Rave Platform Engineering solution, you’d be a member of a collaborative team that develops software and provides technical and diagnostic support to our customers.


This role would allow you to become a member of our Coder Core team, building an interface to visualize data aggregated from multiple data sources. Over the course of the internship you will contribute as a member of the team with the guidance of several Senior Level Engineers and Architects to drive how we visually represent data from test executions.
Responsibilities:
* Apply good technical practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, source code control and review
* Keep up to date with the software development and testing industries
* Follow Medidata’s Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all software meets regulatory and company requirements
* Work with Agile team members, to write clear and comprehensive user stories
* Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
Qualifications:  


* Experience programming in Javascript, and/or other object oriented languages such as .NET, C#, etc.
* Experience in version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
* Experience with AWS
* Experience with docker
* Strong time management and problem solving skills
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize activities

  




The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York, NY. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York, NY, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base hourly pay range for this position is $32.00 an hour and a $3,500 sign on bonus.
