Job Description

Introduction of new vendors and interacting with vendors for approving concepts of tools, fixtures, gauges, etc,Preparation of BOM for all new development products, Adhering to the customer Events\schedules and submission of trial parts on time.

Ø Experience in creating weekly report for current projects.

 Responsible for handling over the projects and its Fixtures,Tools,Gauges,Child parts ,etc.

 Experience in coordinating with CFT team for New products discussion.

 Experience in solving in house and new projects issues.

 Responsible for NPD manufacturing process trials with respect to the customer specific requirements.

 Responsible for RFQ with supplier and negotiating (Tools,gauges,packing bins and etc.)

 Managing stabilization of process through process parameters & SOP for the new projects.

 Responsible for preparing & closing MOM w.r.t to deadline along with CFT team also.

 Experience in new project development plan,Line setup,process execution up to initial 3lot in regular.

 Communicate with customer to establish performance goals & objectives and discusses and design alternatives with customer

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
