Magazijn Chef bij Scooter / E-Bike winkel: Voor ons interne magazijn zijn we op zoek naar een chef magazijn. Als Magazijn Chef / magazijnmedewerker heb je zowel direct met onze leveranciers als met onze klanten te maken. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantvriendelijkheid zijn daarom essentieel voor deze magazijnmedewerker functie. Daarnaast is de Magazijn Chef het directe aanspreekpunt en spil in het web voor monteurs en verkopers met betrekking tot bestellingen ten behoeve van reparaties, het verwerken van orders en alle overige magazijn werkzaamheden. Kandidaten profiel van de Magazijn Chef: * Georganiseerd en goed in plannen * Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken * Goede communicatieve vaardigheden * Klantgericht * Positieve en flexibele instelling * Creatief en ondernemend wordt gewaardeerd Werkzaamheden van de Chef Magazijn: * Plaatsen van bestellingen bij onze leveranciers en verwerking hiervan. * Aanvragen en verwerking garantieclaims. * Verwerken van onderdelenorders; van reservering en invoeren orders in het winkelmanagement-systeem tot het inpakken en verzenden van orders. * Gereedmelden bestellingen/orders bij klanten. * Contact met de werkplaats over onderdelen ten behoeve van reparaties. * Onderhoud contact leveranciers. * Bijhouden en verwerken magazijn administratie. * Goederenontvangst en inboeken van de goederen in het systeem. * Wij bieden een uitdagende baan met veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen een informele werksfeer met goede arbeidsomstandigheden.
