STUDIO ASSISTANT | BONDS | FULL TIME | KEW Collaborative culture with a genuine commitment to sustainability Permanent role with learn and grow opportunities (in 2022 we filled over 40% of our roles internally) Hybrid working arrangements, including 2 x well being days a year and Summer fun As Studio Assistant your core focus is to support the running of the day to day flow of studio job traffic and to support the Design & Content Production Manager with delivery of creative development process across multiple brands and channels. This will include retail windows, signage and assets, in-store point of sale materials, the EDM and digital marketing asset development, website and web tile program development, social assets development, rollout and resizing of marketing materials, packaging and photography. Tell me more? You will be responsible for: * Scheduling and tracking of creative projects across Australian and Bangkok team. * Management of file storage * File/asset management * Assisting with the booking of models, photographers & makeup & hair stylists * Monthly and Quarterly reporting It's a busy role! And youll get to work with highly creative brand managers and learn all about the graphic design function and process What experience do I have? * 1-2+ years accounts, office or studio management experience * High level organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail * Innovation - Generating innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities Communication and working with other team members is another key to successful performance in this role as you will interface with a wide and varied group. Priorities can change on a daily basis so you must be adaptable, flexible and resilient. A bit about us ... Who we are?
