Für die Organisation und Leitung der Tagespflege in unserem neuen advita Haus in Berlin Spandau suchen wir, zum 01.12.2024 , eine emphatische Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) , gern mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Die Position ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Unser neues Haus vereint betreutes Wohnen, Pflege-Wohngemeinschaften und Tagespflege unter einem Dach. Bei advita ist es uns wichtig, dass wir ausreichend Zeit für unsere Bewohner und Gäste haben. Mit einem Job in unserer Tagespflege ist das besonders einfach möglich, weil wir hier ausreichend Personal haben, um gut auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste einzugehen. Unsere Tagespflege einen Ort, an dem unsere Bewohner und Gäste zusammenkommen. Und hier ist immer etwas los: Die Tagesbetreuung beinhaltet Lesezirkel und organisierte Ausflüge, Spielen, Plaudern sowie natürlich das gemeinsam eingenommene, frisch gekochte Essen.
