Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily audits of financials, mid-month and month-end inventory for food, LBW and supplies
* Ensures all policies, procedures and systems are completed that maintain Company recipe and presentation standard for food and beverage
* Maintain vendors, employees, schedules, PLU’s, Recipes
* Maintain payroll records
* Assist in maintaining Sales Force with regard to guest and employee claims
* Ensure renewal of all appropriate licenses, permits and all HR postings
* Balance the restaurant checkbook, make bank deposits and maintain all cash necessary for the business


Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of administrative/bookkeeping experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel operation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Utilize daily, weekly and monthly disciplines to ensure positive financial results
* Organize work and schedule activities with minimal direction so that objectives and deadlines are met
* Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
