Nous accompagnons une entreprise industrielle de l'Oise dans sa recherche d'un ingénieur qualité (h/f) en CDI. Dans Le Cadre D'une Création Poste Nous Sommes à La Recherche Pour Une Entreprise Industrielle De Leur Futur Ingénieur Qualité (H/F) Afin De Collaborez Étroitement Avec Les Services Transverses Et La Production, Veillez à La Bonne Application Du Système De Management Intégré, Et Vous Coordonnez L'équipe De Techniciens Et Ingénieurs Qualité Dans Le But De Prendre En Charge Le Management De L'équipe à Termes. Pour Cela Vous Êtes En Charge De * Déployer et piloter la démarche qualité en vie série et d'assurer la conformité par rapport aux normes attendues et aux exigences clients. Promouvoir les exigences et les méthodes de travail. Promouvoir et déployer les exigences des clients. Assurer le reporting des activités du service qualité ainsi que les points bloquants auprès du management. Assurer la coordination de l'équipe qualité De formation Ingénieur généraliste ou diplômé(e) de Master avec une spécialité en Qualité, vous justifiez d'une une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans idéalement dans l'industrie automobile. Vous êtes connu et reconnu pour votre rigueur, proactivité, organisation et autonomie. Véritable personne de terrain, vous vous distinguez par votre capacité à travailler en équipe, votre communication et votre sens du résultat. La maîtrise des « Core Quality Tools » est indispensable pour réussir sur ce poste, ainsi que les logiciels PLM, SAP et MS-Office (Excel et Power point). Langue : Anglais bilingue indispensable, allemand bienvenu !
