We are a five (5) time winner of the prestigious Ingersoll Rand distributor of the year award in the United States since 2004: 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019. Dispatcher / scheduler experience preferred. Must have computer experience. CRM experience is preferred. Experience in any the following areas make an excellent air compressor service technician dispatcher / scheduler: * Automotive * Concrete * Forklift * HVAC * Refrigeration * Rental * Field Service Repair Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Scheduling assigned technicians * Communicate with customers to confirm schedule daily * Ensure all scheduled jobs have PO#/CC# * Ensure all customer info/equip info is accurate and current * Pull parts from warehouse for job and load on staging shelf * Additional Information: * This requires head-on communication, written, telephone, and computer skills Applicants must be willing to pull parts and be able to lift 30-40lbs daily. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check. Compensation based on experience.
