Job Description
Business/Data Analyst – Long-Term – Amsterdam, Hybrid Levy Professionals is currently looking for Business/Data Analysts for one of the largest financial institutions in the Netherlands. You will be joining the business to focus on Portfolio & Resource Management of the entire group with 12.000+ colleagues. Responsibilities As a Business/Data An alyst, you will be responsible for creating insight and overview into the business’ change portfolio and make recommendations that will have a direct impact on the realization of the business’ strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: * Setting up and manage the data quality of change processes (e.g. in MS List and JIRA Align), * Analyzing data in MS List and JIRA Align, * Creating recurring or ad-hoc analyses/reports for the business’ change portfolio, * Creating presentations using figure and effective visualization techniques (by using PowerBI for ex.), * Acting as a sparring partner for business consultants and the head of the portfolio office, * Proactively generate and implement ideas to improve or solve (technical/business/data) challenges in the portfolio. Who are you? * 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and financial domains, * Strong expertise in Resource Management and Change Management/Strategies, * Experience working with MS List and JIRA Align, * Experience working with PowerBI, Power Points, and other visualization tools, * Strong stakeholders management and communication skills are key.
